Eligibility and Account Registration

To use MiroNext, you confirm that: you are at least 18 years old; you have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms; you are legally allowed to use online trading, copy-trading, and related financial technology services in your jurisdiction; you are not prohibited from using the Platform under any applicable law, regulation, sanction, or restriction; all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, login details, passwords, API keys, broker connection details, and any security information associated with your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account, whether authorized by you or caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

Nature of the MiroNext Service

MiroNext is a social copy-trading and risk-management platform. The Platform may allow users to: connect trading accounts; view traders or strategies; follow or copy selected traders; define personal risk settings; monitor trading performance; apply available account protection tools; pause, stop, or adjust copy-trading activity; review statistics, rankings, reports, and trading-related data. MiroNext is designed to support a more structured, transparent, and risk-managed copy-trading experience. However, MiroNext is not a broker, bank, investment fund, asset manager, financial advisor, or guaranteed capital protection service.

User Control and Responsibility

You remain the owner and controller of your trading account at all times. You are responsible for: choosing whether to use copy trading; selecting which trader or strategy to follow; setting your own risk limits; reviewing trader performance and risk metrics; monitoring your account; understanding your broker's trading conditions; stopping or adjusting copy trading when necessary. MiroNext may provide tools to help manage risk, but you remain responsible for your own trading decisions, selected settings, connected broker, and financial outcomes.

Copy-Trading Service

By using the copy-trading features of MiroNext, you understand and agree that: trades may be opened, modified, or closed in your connected account based on the activity of selected traders or strategies; copied trades may differ from the original trader's trades; your results may differ from the trader you follow; execution depends on your broker, account balance, leverage, symbol settings, liquidity, spread, slippage, and technical conditions; copy trading does not guarantee profit or prevent losses. You may be able to pause, stop, disconnect, or adjust copy-trading settings through available platform tools, subject to technical availability and broker-side execution conditions.

Risk-Management Tools

MiroNext may provide risk-management features intended to help users define and control their trading exposure. These features may include, where available: risk limits; drawdown controls; exposure limits; copy ratio settings; trader allocation controls; stop-copy conditions; account monitoring; performance tracking; protective automation tools. MiroNext will make reasonable technical efforts to apply user-defined risk settings within the limits of the Platform, broker systems, market conditions, and available infrastructure. However, risk-management tools cannot eliminate trading risk. They may not work as expected during sudden market movements, technical failures, broker-side issues, slippage, execution delays, liquidity shortages, market gaps, or incorrect user settings.

No Investment, Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

MiroNext does not provide investment advice, financial advice, trading recommendations, legal advice, or tax advice. Any information, statistics, trader profiles, rankings, performance data, charts, educational material, or platform content is provided for informational and technical purposes only. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether any trader, strategy, risk level, or trading activity is suitable for you. You should seek independent professional advice before making financial decisions if you are unsure.

Trading Risks and No Performance Guarantee

Trading and copy trading involve significant risk. You may lose part or all of your invested capital. You should only trade with money you can afford to lose. MiroNext does not guarantee: profit; fixed returns; capital protection; recovery of losses; future trader performance; uninterrupted copy trading; exact execution of copied trades; successful risk limitation in all market conditions. Past performance, historical returns, simulated results, backtests, rankings, or trader statistics are not reliable indicators of future performance.

Fees, Payments, and Charges

Certain features of MiroNext may be subject to fees, including but not limited to: subscription fees; performance-based fees; profit-sharing fees; service fees; account connection fees; premium feature charges; trader or strategy access fees. Applicable fees will be disclosed before you activate a paid feature, where required. By enabling a paid feature, subscribing to a service, or activating a fee-based trader or strategy, you authorize the applicable charges. Broker fees, spreads, commissions, swaps, financing charges, deposit fees, withdrawal fees, payment provider fees, and currency conversion charges are separate from MiroNext fees and are your responsibility.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Broker Funds

MiroNext does not necessarily hold user trading funds unless explicitly stated in a specific service agreement. In most cases, trading funds remain with the user's selected broker or third-party financial service provider. MiroNext is not responsible for: broker deposits; broker withdrawals; withdrawal delays; rejected payments; broker account restrictions; broker insolvency; payment provider issues; bank or blockchain transaction delays; errors caused by third-party financial institutions. You are responsible for reviewing your broker's terms, payment rules, fees, and withdrawal policies.

Third-Party Services

MiroNext may rely on third-party services, including brokers, trading platforms, liquidity providers, data providers, payment processors, hosting providers, APIs, analytics tools, communication tools, and infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for losses, delays, errors, downtime, restrictions, pricing issues, execution problems, or failures caused by third-party services. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms, conditions, policies, and risk disclosures.

MiroNext may display performance data, account statistics, trader rankings, risk scores, charts, drawdown figures, returns, and other analytics. While we aim to provide accurate and useful information, data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, affected by broker reporting differences, or subject to technical errors.
