Three security principles at MiroNext

Access is limited and clear.

Funds stay with your broker

On a connected account the funds stay with the broker and MiroNext cannot withdraw.

Trading access only

Copy trading needs the account trading password, not your broker dashboard password.

Withdrawals to a verified address

Wallet withdrawals go only to your own verified addresses.

What access does MiroNext have?

And what it does not have.

Executing trades

With your permission, it runs copied trades on the account.

Reading account status

It reads balance and trades for reports and Risk-Ban.

No withdrawals from the connected account

There is no access to transfer or withdraw from the broker account.

Limited personal data

Only the data needed for identity verification and support is kept.

Four things for better security

These four habits make your account safer.

Never send your password to anyone

MiroNext support never asks for your password or verification code. If you see such a message, report it to support.

  1. Strong password

    Choose a unique, long password.

  2. Verify your email

Verify your account email and keep it secure.

  3. Check the withdrawal address

Before every withdrawal, re-check the address and network.

  4. Sign out of unknown devices

After using another device, sign out of your account.

Details on data retention are on the Privacy page.
